Pero uno de los meses m\u00e1s secos que se recuerdan, al menos en la cornisa cant\u00e1brica, con temperaturas completamente disparadas, cielos rasos y viento sur sin parar, (no tenemos m\u00e1s que ver el efecto desbastador que esto ha provocado en Cantabria, gracias a gente sin escr\u00fapulos), todo ello ha provocado un par\u00f3n en la incipiente producci\u00f3n micol\u00f3gica de nuestro entorno. Ahora mismo el terreno est\u00e1 seco, aunque en algunos sitios la primavera quiere adelantarse. En encinares, pinares y abetales, la m\u00e1s frecuente es <em>Morchella tridentina<\/em>, aunque en los bosques montanos, tengamos que esperar a finales de abril y mayo para recogerla. Tambi\u00e9n comienzan a verse los bonetes (<em>Helvella leucopus<\/em>), muy apreciadas por muchos aficionados, sobre todo en Castilla. Siempre es recomendable recordar que estas especies deben consumirse con precauci\u00f3n, porque contienen toxinas (hemolisinas termol\u00e1biles) y resultan t\u00f3xicas en crudo. Incluso bien cocinadas, pueden seguir provocando intoxicaciones con v\u00f3mitos y v\u00e9rtigos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2602 aligncenter\"
