Sin embargo, las excepcionales lluvias de noviembre, que han tenido continuidad en diciembre, as\u00ed como las relativamente suaves temperaturas que est\u00e1n marcando estos comienzos de mes, han permitido que todav\u00eda podamos recoger numerosas especies de setas. Muchas de ellas las hemos recolectado en meses anteriores, pero estas buenas condiciones, est\u00e1n permitiendo su crecimiento, incluso a las puertas del invierno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta edici\u00f3n de Temporada de setas, queremos hablaros de una de las setas m\u00e1s populares y que, precisamente este a\u00f1o, se est\u00e1 recolectando con mayor profusi\u00f3n. Hay que agradec\u00e9rselo a un n\u00famero peque\u00f1o de pioneros, entre los que hay que mencionar a Jos\u00e9 Antonio, quien todav\u00eda sigue deleit\u00e1ndonos con su buen hacer culinario<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De todas esas recetas, una de las que m\u00e1s ha destacado es la que est\u00e1 dedicada a <em>Craterellus lutescens<\/em> y <em>Craterellus tubaeformis<\/em>. Son setas que ya dispon\u00edan de nombres populares (Rebozuelo anaranjado, trompeta amarilla, saltsa-perretxiko hori, camagroc, etc.). Sin embargo, el nombre por el que la conocemos todos los aficionados a las setas, es precisamente el de \u201c<strong>Angula de monte<\/strong>\u201d. A partir de ahora, acordaros de que el nombre m\u00e1s popular de esta peque\u00f1a maravilla micol\u00f3gica se lo debemos a nuestro querido Jos\u00e9 Antonio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para despedirnos, os dejamos la receta original que aparece publicada en el libro anteriormente mencionado.
